Our Commitment

TUEL AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Standards

WCAG 2.1 AA target

TUEL AI targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for its public web experiences. This is an ongoing target, not a blanket certification claim.

We actively work to ensure our platform meets accessibility requirements and regularly audit our content and features for compliance.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:

  • Some third-party embedded content may have limited accessibility
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible (we are working to remediate these)
  • Real-time AI chat interfaces may have occasional accessibility gaps during rapid updates

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features.

Assessment Methods

TUEL assesses accessibility through:

  • Automated accessibility testing tools (including axe)
  • Manual keyboard and screen reader spot checks on key flows
  • Content and layout review during product and site updates
  • User feedback submitted through our support channels
