TUEL AI targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for its public web experiences. This is an ongoing target, not a blanket certification claim.

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some limitations may exist:
- Some third-party embedded content may have limited accessibility
- Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible (we are working to remediate these)
- Real-time AI chat interfaces may have occasional accessibility gaps during rapid updates
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all features.
