Common questions

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks for standard workshops. Custom programs with tailored content need four to six weeks lead time. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines for remote sessions.

Can you customize workshop content for our industry?

Yes. Every workshop is adapted to your industry, tools, and workflows. We use real examples from your sector and can build exercises around your actual processes if you share them in advance.

What tools do participants need?

A laptop with internet access. We provide accounts for any AI tools used during the workshop. Participants do not need to bring their own ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions.

Do you offer multi-session programs?

Yes. For teams that want to build AI capability over time, we offer 4-week and 8-week programs with weekly sessions, homework assignments, and progress tracking. Contact us for details.

What about pricing?

Pricing depends on workshop track, group size, format, and customization level. We provide a specific quote after the discovery call. Half-day sessions start at $2,500 for remote delivery.

Can this count toward professional development credits?

We provide certificates of completion and detailed session documentation that many organizations accept for PD credit. We can also work with your HR or faculty development office to structure the program for credit eligibility.
